Updates the dedicated Go 1.26 builder to the current 1.26.5 security release and pins the official Linux AMD64 and ARM64 archive checksums from go.dev.
This removes the fixed Go standard-library findings that the shared exact-image Trivy gate found while publishing PPB. The normal dependency-aware Buildkit workflow will rebuild and smoke-test the Go-dependent image chain on GitHub.
